This claim was settled for our client's policy limits under his uninsured motorists coverage.

*SAM HILL V. ANDREW HERNANDEZ, ET AL

*ROSE KINCAID V. ALVAREZ REALTY CO., INC. ET AL

Our elderly client, Rose Kincaid, was injured when she fell due to a large pot hole in a parking lot. One of the most interesting things about this case was that after Mrs. Kincaid's fall, the defendant property owner bulldozed the parking lot - - removing all of the asphalt. When the insurance company representative came to our office to meet with the client, he showed pictures of a flat, packed dirt only, parking lot. Plaintiff's counsel was then able to present photos taken of the asphalt parking lot, with the large pothole, which she took soon after the accident. This case then settled prior to filing suit for $180,000.00.

DIANE PERRY V. BRADY, INC. AND CHARLES TRUMPER

Our client, Diane Perry, was a passenger in a motor vehicle that was struck in the rear by a tractor trailer truck, owned and operated by the defendants. She sustained serious injuries which totally disabled her for several months. The case was settled out of court for $975,000.00.
